We do like food here at LINA Likes! We certainly like eating good quality food but we also enjoy making it.
Recently Lisa spotted a recipe for FroYo Fruit Cups on https://www.sainsburys.co.uk Twitter account and thought she’d give it a go! Sending out two of her boys, Declan and Maitias, to get the supplies, they weren’t able to find any berries, so they used bananas instead. Declan helped Lisa with the important work of putting the bananas on the yoghurt, and taking the tray out of the freezer. See if you can spot his big brother Liam!
We have used almond butter in this recipe. If you have a nut allergy perhaps substitute sesame seed butter or sunflower seed butter – even tahini. The aim is to have a binding agent to keep the granola together. You might find it works well enough without. Experiment!
